Lead vocalist Sakke Wallenius and guitarist Toni Lundén make up The Blush plus they have a visiting bassist and drummer on tours. The third member, Max Haapa-aho works behind the scenes since Sakke and Max co-run a label, Heavenly Hip records and Max is managing the band as well. Sakke and Toni have been music artists for many years. Sakke’s previous band Mascara had a massive hit in Finland with the single ´Erittäin hyvä ellei täydellinen’ (´Excellent, somewhat perfect´) which became a catch phrase into the Finnish language. Toni has recorded and performed with many famous Finnish artists. Sakke and Toni have performed in different pop and rock bands and have toured in Europe and the United States.

The Blush is all about energetic gigs, happy melodies and catchy hooklines. Sakke ´screams her lungs out loud´ while Toni is raging on stage. This wicked play-along performance can end up anywhere just to make the crowd go wild!
